Each participant works in one business or support area involved in innovation and efficiency projects, such as Business Intelligence, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics Operations, Finance, IT, Data and Innovation or Human Resources. Areas are defined for each edition.
Yes. It is a temporary contract with pay and benefits such as meal allowance, transport allowance (as needed) and life insurance. The pay amount is not listed on this page; ask Mappit during the selection process about the terms of the role.

In São Paulo (Av. Faria Lima) or Rio de Janeiro (Ilha do Governador), hybrid model, 3 days a week in the office, Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., for 6 to 8 weeks during your academic break. Some areas may require short trips to other Moove sites in Rio de Janeiro and/or inland São Paulo state.
